Our college began functioning as Women’s college since 2004 imparting quality education affiliated to University of Madras. They help young minds to develop qualities of personality, mind and character which enables them to become good and useful citizens of tomorrow. The college helped with education within the reach of the common man. Good conduct, team spirit, dedication to purpose and desire to be independent and to be treated equally everywhere are sought to be promoted by our college. Our professors are well trained in grooming young girls to achieve their dreams and milestones successfully.

I completed my B.Sc., Computer Science at Mahalashmi College and secured the 7th rank in Madras University. This achievement was possible due to the exceptional education and constant support from the faculty. The environment encouraged academic excellence and lifelong friendships. I am proud to be an alumna of Mahalashmi College.

Since graduating, my career has made daily use of the knowledge I gained from my degree. Mahalashmi Women’s College prepared me well for workforce challenges. The B.Sc., CS curriculum laid the foundation for my growth in Supply Chain Analytics.
